Twice a day with 30 second hold the thrush is leaving the hoofs.
I had a round of thrush in my horses thanks to my pond. I used coppertox because I had it on hand but couldn't treat the frog with it. This works on any part of the hoof and is clearing up the thrush nicely. I've used their wound spray for years and this is just as good. It smells pleasant and cleans up nicely, unlike coppertox that stains and smells for days if you get it on your hands.
I used this stuff on my spotted saddle horse mare who I've been fighting thrush with for NINE YEARS, that's not a typo! I noticed the difference in just three days. her frogs went from this soft wet sponge feel to a much harder feel. the best part is this doesn't hurt her like other thrush brands, where she'd just stomp her feet after I applied them. The biggest thing about this is just to make sure you follow directions and treat with this twice per day! I do once in the AM before my mare goes out. Then once in the PM when she comes in.
