Ordered these as a gift and was told 1-3 day ship which is the standard for Chewy. However it wasn't until after the order was processed that I found out that these

Ordered these as a gift and was told 1-3 day ship which is the standard for Chewy. However it wasn't until after the order was processed that I found out that these were a drop ship from a different company and had no control over how and when they shipped. Due to this I had to purchase something else for a birthday,which defeated the reason for purchasing. I however did reach out to Chewy and received a full refund. It took 7 days after the order to receive the product. For future orders Chewy needs to inform future purchasers that they don't have product or control over when product would be received.
