Essence is a very good brand of dog food

My Asha a 38 lb Moyan sized poodle has been on this dog food for 8 years . She is gonna be 13 Oct 2025 , it is the best food on the market as far as ingredients. This year I started her on pet fresh ( fresh food ) as a topper for it , the essence kibble is tiny little pieces that even a 3 lb dog can eat :) my Asha eats it as treats as well and loves it . I highly recommend essence dog food . If they never change the ingredient's it will be my next dogs food as well . :)

Forced to order smaller bags that cost more per oz. Than 25 lb bag. Will begin looking for new place to get my future orders that a more customer friendly.

My dog was still allergic

My dog's not picky, so he gobbled this up like any other meal. However, after several months of feeding it, my dog's allergies are still being triggered. I'm sure

My dog's not picky, so he gobbled this up like any other meal. However, after several months of feeding it, my dog's allergies are still being triggered. I'm sure this food is a fine quality, etc. My only guess is that the protein source is corn fed, which triggers my dog's corn allergy. It's too bad - the ingredients don't show anything on the allergy test. Anyway - I had to stop using it.

Great ingredients

My dogs ate this but got very sick ,I don't know what was wrong with this one bag,but I sent it back due to dogs getting sick,and chewy was absolutely so very concerned

I use this as treats and as a back up for my raw fed dogs. Both my dogs love it, even my picky eater. High meat, low carb, and lower copper content (a lot of kibble

I use this as treats and as a back up for my raw fed dogs. Both my dogs love it, even my picky eater. High meat, low carb, and lower copper content (a lot of kibble is way too high in copper). I had seen in a couple places that Essence has smaller kibble size and it is true. I personally love it because I have small dogs and they make great treats. They are 10 mm/1 cm wide.
