Are ethical Pet Flippin' Skinneeez toys refillable [catnip]?

The toy comes with a pouch of catnip that is inserted into the zippered compartment. The catnip can be replaced. We recommend catnip in a pouch as loose catnip may interfere with the “flipping” mechanism that also goes in the zippered compartment.

Never worked right

Got a replacement and it never worked either. Not sure what the issue is. Cute little toy and I wish it would work. Maybe they're fixed this on newer models. I bought

Not good

Package said cat nip pouch included. There was none. Cats hated it. It didnt stay charged for very long either.

very agressive

This toy is super aggressive when flapping around. Scared our cat who typically likes these types of toys. Waste of money - wish it could be returned.
