Each Double Diner Pet Bowls comes with two bowls of the same size. The Small bowl has a width of 5.5 inches x 5.5 inches high, the Medium has a width of 6.5 inches x 6.5 inches high, the Large has a width of 8.25 inches x 8.5 inches high, and the X-Large has a width 9.5 inches x 9.5 inches high.

The dimensions for the small are 12 x 5.8 x 2.5 inches, the large is 18 x 9 x 3.2 inches, and the x-large is 21 x 10.4 x 4.5 inches.

Does this have something holding the bowls apart or will they clank together

I bought one locally that works fine, but much more expensive. I'm not sure if it was malformed or damaged in shipment. I would recommend trying it.

Nice stand with stainless steel bowls. The bowls are large, for medium to large dogs, to accommodate enough food and water. The height is good too for medium to large dogs, but check YOUR furkids height and this stand so you know he/she will be just right! :) The look of the stand is attractive too. The bowls are medium weight. I'd say the stand is a bit lighter weight. What I do is place mine on a mat or one of those larger dish drying mats that come on pretty colors and patterns (not the Swedish kind, they're much smaller, but great of course). These mats not only highlight the nice stand, but help keep it more stable and help with food dropping -ha! and sometimes messy water drinking lol. Overall, I definitely recommend! I've had mine for my Jackabee, Ginger for months now with no issues. And yes, you can hand wash if needed. No dishwasher. I also have one for my Chiweenie, Cass. The smaller version:)
