Good treat choice for a small dog

I thought this would be good for a large dog. However, the treat is hollow in the inside and crumbled when my pup ate it. He finished it in a few seconds and there

I thought this would be good for a large dog. However, the treat is hollow in the inside and crumbled when my pup ate it. He finished it in a few seconds and there was a bit of a mess to clean up. Not what I expect from a treat that is supposed to be jerky.
