Love our Eufy! With so many dogs and cats here at Perpetual Care the 3 in 1 combo Eufy is just what we need to keep up with the pet hair. The robot vacuum can be run frequently to keep up with the big area and the other 2 parts are perfect for smaller enclosed spaces for pets who need to be isolated and quick clean ups. Eufy instructions are great and we love the App to manage the scheduled cleanings.

Arrived quickly and well packaged. Took us a while to learn about putting it together, connecting to the wifi and the mapping feature as this is our first robotic vacuum. In fact our daughter had to help us set it up. I like the stick vacuum accessory to use between major cleanings. Robotic cleaning and emptying is a great feature as is mapping the house as well as the hand held vac. Who would have thought this was possible a few years back.As you can guess I am from the older generation but think I am going to enjoy the modern features of this vacuum.

Very well packaged- arrived in excellent condition- I'm intrigued with the multi purposes for this product. It was difficult to initailly connect to wifi; however, after several attempts it connected. Base unit did not map the entire house so I picked it up and placed it in a "new" area and it was smart enough to start re-mapping on its own. The brushes have accumulated dog hair and the unit has gone back to empty but there is only a small amount of debris in the bag. It empties several times before finishing a cycle. Also it notified me of having to recharge before completing a cycle. Our home is 2400 square feet. The stick vacuum did a great job of picking up on tile. It is flexible and lightweigt. The handheld also do a good job on hard to reach areas and great for dog hair in our cars. Suction power for hand held and stick vacuum is great. Still determining how good the robot vacuum will be. Giving 3 stars for difficulty in inital set up and customer service from Eufy.
Nice little robot vacuum with upright option!
What a neat little vacuum. Love that it is a robot but also doubles as a cordless stick vac. It isn’t too loud and seems to do a good job with the pet hair around

The app makes it nice to be able to map the house and have more control over the functions. Feels very space age in here with this roaming around and helps keep the house in better shape between more deep cleans. It has nice big wheels and navigates the house easily.

Works with Google and Alexa. Does a good job on dog and cat hair and we like the suto return cleaning. Very happy with this product.
