Have dog and birds. Fur is a headache and we have little time to clean. Been using this for about 1.5 weeks and running it daily. Really impressed at how it keeps the house clean!!! Quite automated and effective. Hair and fur not getting tangled either. It has never been stuck so far and can handle door thresholds and carpets (it tries and tries until it conquers, if needed). App is good. Worth the investment. Hoping it lasts a long time too, appears well built.

We bought the Eufy X10 Pro Omni to help keep up with the daily cat litter tracking and hair from our cats and dog. After a week of use, I can say that I LOVE it. Set up and mapping was fairly simple. We did have to move the base station to a more open spot against a wall for it to work, instead of a spot behind some furniture. It does a good job navigating under chair and table legs and into tight spots. We make sure to keep the floor tidy so it can reach everything. It will stop and turn when we (or the pets) walk in front of it. It does get stuck on our hide rugs, which can cause the mop pads to come off. It's a minor annoyance but still. Pretty good suction. Not perfect, but for a little robot it's impressive. It's not crazy loud, but might be loud enough to wake light sleepers- especially when it empties the dustbin. The mop also picks up an impressive amount of dirt. For big messes or sloppy messes, I'd use a real mop though. Stairs and edges do need to be done the old fashioned way. We have the base downstairs and we made another map for the upstairs. We carry the robot upstairs to clean and it does a good job. I do think it runs out of water halfway through but there is no alert. That would be a helpful feature. Overall, this has made our house feel so much cleaner by running it daily. I can hit the spots that were missed once or twice a week and spot mop if needed. Love it and wish I would have taken the plunge sooner!

I set this up just a few days ago, and I was pleasantly surprised by how simple it was to get started—especially with the user-friendly app. The initial mapping process was easy, although I had to do it twice because our dog Obi decided to lie down in front of it the first time. The robot thought he was a wall—LOL! Despite that hiccup, I was impressed with how well it mapped our first floor, where we (and our two big Bernese Mountain Dogs) spend most of our time. Yes, we have lots of fur! Our living room is carpeted, while the kitchen and dining room have tile floors. It handled both surfaces really well. It did a great job navigating under the dining room table and around all the chairs—vacuuming and mopping as it went. The carpet cleaning was also solid. I’ve set it on a daily schedule to vacuum and mop the kitchen, and this morning it finished in under 15 minutes. It even returns to the base to empty itself, which is a huge plus. So far, it’s handled the dog fur like a champ. I haven’t added any cleaning solution to the mop yet, but even with just water, it managed to clean up some dirty paw prints near the doggie door. The app is super helpful—it alerts me when the dustbin needs emptying or the water tank needs refilling, and it shows the exact path the robot took during cleaning. I’m giving it 4 stars for now, only because it’s still new and I want to see how it holds up over time. But so far, I’m loving it!

I’ve hesitated to try a robot vacuum because with 4 animals in the house (a husky, a husky/akita mix, a longhaired cat, and a shorthaired cat) I didn’t think a robot vacuum could keep up. I was wrong! This thing is amazing!! It handles the massive amounts of pet hair with ease and also does an incredible job of going from tile to carpet to hardwood and navigating over things like area rugs and such without getting stuck or having any issues. Highly recommend to anyone, but especially anyone with hairy pets who could use an extra hand keeping up. There are definitely still nooks and crannies that I have to get to myself, but this really takes a huge load off and keeps our floors so much cleaner without us even having to think about it.

I was skeptical that a robot vac would be able to handle the varying flooring, carpet, LVP and rugs - and more so that the Frenchie wouldn't attack it as he does the traditional vacuum - although curious at first, he really doesn't care. He, however, refuses to move if the robot vac runs into him - it must go around said beast. lol My floors have never been so clean and it's wonderful to wake up to carpet lines every morning!

The app is fully customizable on whether you want it to just vacuum or vacuum and mop. You can set certain days and times through the app. It has never gotten stuck on anything overall it’s fairly quiet while it’s vacuuming and mopping The only time I hear the machine is when it’s going back to recharge itself as it sounds like a jet plane waiting to takeoff. I’ve been using it for over a week now and I absolutely love it!

Out of the box the Eufy X10 Pro Omni Robotic Vacuum & Mop with Auto Empty Station already sets high expectations. It feels solid and as if it were ready to take on some heavy duty work. The dock station is large (because it does a lot) and needs a bit of space to do it. However it isn't overwhelmingly large and fits nicely behind a chair making it less of a focal point. The Omni docking station self empties the pan and cleans and dries the mops. The drying is a bit loud like a hair dryer, but that is to be expected. Set up is easy, just scan the code and download the app and follow the instructions. Once it is ready to go, it will start mapping your room, after that, you can set it and forget it. The Eufy will record and avoid obstacles in the room such as cords, to keep from running over them. I have set mine up in the living room. I have an open floor plan for the living room, kitchen, and dining room, so when I get home at night, I start either a vacuum or mopping session and the little robot sets to task. Eufy app allows to either vacuum, mop, or a combination of both. It allows me to avoid carpets if I wish, and even allows me to cut a room out of the cleaning. I have tried other robo cleaners and this by far out-performs them all. This is a fantastic addition to my home.
