I just googled "clearance on vacums" and was pleasantly surprised that chewy had this vacum. I have ordered great products previously for my cat. When I offered to return an item I was VERY impressed to be told I could just donate the item. I have donated several items from your company to FURKIDS. All sale proceed go to animal rescue groups.

I have 8 cats and really needed a vacuum to run every day and honestly it is heavier than I expected and I have to tear it apart to clean it every time I run it

Pretty short cord
I feel like it won't last long. Does'nt feel sturdy. Works nicely on wood floors. I need a stronger vac for my carpet also. We have Cane Corso and Persians.

Blows dirt/dog hair
Does not suck up the dirt / dog hair . Blows it all over . Test it b4 you throw the box away like me do not waste time with this

Falling Apart
I like the swivel action and the vacuum strength. However, neither of those qualities are of value when the unit is falling apart. The handle comes apart frequently
