I hated all the leashes at the pet store so gave this a try. I have a 60 lbs amstaff who pulls occasionally for squirrels and dogs. I had to put an extra knot a few inches down for extra grip because the rope slides too much in my hand but now it works just great. has a little stretch to it and feels strong but the lock on the clasp can be a little annoying. def well made and worth a try. however, i’ll probably not repurchase because i have seen some leashes since that would work better for me.
