Great first impression but it does not hold up!

My first impression was that it was gorgeous! The color is great and I loved the little details! I've owned the collar for 10 days. Initially, I ordered a medium

My first impression was that it was gorgeous! The color is great and I loved the little details! I've owned the collar for 10 days. Initially, I ordered a medium to fit a 15" neck. And it was too small! Then I got a large which was only 1" longer than the first one but it did fit and looked great! I've used the collar daily but on long walks my dog wears a harness. Within the 10 days of my dog wearing this collar, the pattern has almost worn down completely in places, it is a little warped, and I really wouldn't trust it to hold up another few weeks. (The d ring that the lead attaches too is completely turned around now). Overall I think this collar would be cute for pictures but that's about it.

VERY NICE, COMFORTABLE COLLAR

This is a well-made collar. I got the black with brass fittings, since my service dog is mostly black, and works in harness with brass fittings. It looks very sharp,

This is a well-made collar. I got the black with brass fittings, since my service dog is mostly black, and works in harness with brass fittings. It looks very sharp, it's not too thin or too think, nice and supple from the beginning, and with leather soap only getting better. It has a nicely embossed Celtic pattern, appropriate since she's a Border Collie. She really likes it.
