Euro-Dog Outdoor Style Nylon Step in Dog Harness, Mountain Sunset, Large: 18 to 32-in chest

Due to this harness only using a chest measurement it doesn't fit my dog, which is really frustrating. The chest part fits perfectly, but everything else doesn't. I got this to use the no-pull feature, the dog I recently adopted is messed up and will PULL and PULL. She can only wear harnesses because using ANY collar (not a martingale collar- just a regular collar) is dangerous for her because she doesn't care about choking herself and will PULL and PULL and roll and gag- I don't know what sort of upbringing she had. She causes me a lot of pain by pulling and throwing her tantrums (I have health issues), and I really need something to make it stop because she doesn't respond to any kind of positive reinforcement or general leash training the minute she steps outside. It's been six months, and she still doesn't care about getting treats or being praised when it involves being on the leash. When I use the no pull clip, it works great for teaching her to stop by turning her around when she pulls too hard- but she quickly learned that she can slip her legs out of the shoulder straps. It's extremely dangerous because she can and will put her life at risk if she gets free. I have to make sewing alterations to it now, which isn't fun at all. Despite all of that severe frustration, it appears to be a very well made harness- that's why I gave it three stars. Especially since I'm undoing some of the stitches, I can see that it's sewn together quite well and that the fabric is thick and top quality, not the thin sort of material on some of the cheaper leashes & harnesses. If it fits your dog, I'm certain it will serve well- especially if they're not as behaviorally challenged.
