Very Fine Collars
I had bought leather collars from another source for my two Old English Sheepdogs, and they had numerous problems in a short time; they stretched, the attachment ring was unstable, etc. These are soundly made, quite attractive and have none of the flaws of those they replaced. I highly recommend these.
Thin Leather
I always use quick clasp collars for our dogs and needed leather for allergy reasons and this collar is ok but nothing really sturdy. The leather is VERY thin and it doesn't stay when you adjust to a smaller size. I wouldn't purchase again.
Low Quality
Bought this collar for a photoshoot, had it on the my dog for a few hours. When we returned home I took the collar off. The metal buckle has dozens of dents marks from where my dog's tags hit the buckle. It's also already fraying at the bottom edge. It's a nice looking collar but the quality is very low.
Very nice collar
I purchased two collars for my dogs at the recommendation of the CSR at Chewy. I am very impressed with the quality and style. THE clasp is very secure. Thanks for the recommendation!
Looks great!
I got this because my dog is half german shepherd and half australian shepherd. I wanted something to bring out the tan coloring on her legs and this did the job. The buckle is very easy to open and close. This is a very well made leather product.
Euro-Dog quick release collar
Got tan collar for very large puppy. It's quite adjustable and excellnt quality leather. Have not yet saddle soaped or oiled it. It did not need it. Very happy. Easy on and off...puppy loves it. It is not chrome leather or cheap Indian leather ( sorry not politically correct!).
latch is terrible
Good looking collar, but the latch stoped working after a day. The latch clicks in but unlatches as soon as it’s pulled… now it’s in the trash after one day.
"Quick Release" Collar Won't Open
I purchased this "Quick Release" dog collar because it was a nice color, looked liked good leather, and was quick release. Well, the color is nice, the leather is nice, but the release is nearly impossible to open. It would be absolutely impossible to open if it was on my dog.
Good fit but slackens too easily
Want to love this collar. It’s nicely made and has a good buckle. Unfortunately it won’t stay snug and will pull loose easily. We have to take it off our dog and re-shorten it throughout the day. Would easily give this five stars if it wouldn’t loosen so I can so easily. Great buckle and quick release system. Just won’t hold its length.
Quality Collar!!
I bought two of these, one for each of our dogs. I think they like them! They seem a little heavy but the dogs don't seem to mind. I have a 90lb German Sheppard and a (close to) 80lb golden retreiver and bought a size large. They fit perfect and are easy to take on/off.
