Evanger's Super Premium Game Bird Recipe with Coconut Oil Dry Dog Food, 4.4-lb bag

I have a siberian husky. Ingredients are acceptable but it says complete and Balanced. It doesn't say it's biologically appropriate. Which is not the same thing. Company hasn't answered that question. I've also asked if the probiotics actually make it to the gut. Just because they are in it doesn't mean useful. I love the kibble size. I think all dry food kibble should be this size. With exception for very small or toy sizes. I love that this Flavor doesn't have pork products in it and comes in wild gamebird. Though if i remember right the other flavor of this does have pork. With autoship discount it's very affordable for us because a 33 pound bag lasts him roughly 12 weeks. We do feed evengers single ingredient canned food and also implement raw as well such as chicken gizzards or turkey breast. Venison caught by my husband. I was feeding arcana dry but he got where he wouldn't eat it so did some checking and Mars bought the companies that produce arcana and orijen. I'm sure the formula has been altered in some way even if it's just the quality and sourcing opposed to the recipe. My one other issue is the company doesn't answer the question as to if the added vitamins are bioavailable or just added to it per regulations. All that the fda requires is that they are added they don't care if they are absorbable. That might change my view of this product as I continue to dig on my own. I'm satisfied with it enough I'll continue to feed in with our feeding diet until I can find out. Typically when a company doesn't answer after several months and repeated inquiries or answer without actually answering the question that gives you your answer.

This didn't work for Roscoe (Dobie), he has allergies and the 'meal' instead of whole ingredients didn't work for him. I purchased the Evenger's can food and didn't read the bag ingredients. I need to read more.
