Good tank, bad packaging
Ordered 2 of these tanks 1 came in busted. Both were very poorly packaged minimal dunnage (packing material), and no indication of being fragile. Chewy customer
Ordered 2 of these tanks 1 came in busted. Both were very poorly packaged minimal dunnage (packing material), and no indication of being fragile. Chewy customer service is great. Waiting on restock so I can order one to replace the one that came in broken. I have 2 of these tanks I purchased locally and I really like the design and features kind wish the substrate dam was higher but I can live with that.
Comes Cracked Every Time
Chewy has tried to replace this item at least four times, and every time it comes cracked. They need to pack this thing better (the first few times it came with

They need to pack this thing better (the first few times it came with thin butcher paper; this last time it didn’t even have fragile stickers on the box). I commend Chewy on their customer service, but the packing warehouse needs to invest in some bubble wrap (at a minimum).
Great terrarium
I love this terrarium! I got it for my first foray back into frogs after a 20-ish year break. Obviously, a lot has changed in frog husbandry. But this is awesome!
I love this terrarium! I got it for my first foray back into frogs after a 20-ish year break. Obviously, a lot has changed in frog husbandry. But this is awesome! It is nice to have a pre-installed drain system and the ventilation is fantastic. It helps retain humidity but there’s plenty of air flow, too. I also like that the lid is set up to attach a misting system.
My cage had broken glass
Upon opening my package there was the corner of the glass door chipped with glass in the bottom of tank also door had a gap in it
