Not for large turtles
the pellets are way too small for a significantly large adult turtle. my turtle is 25 yrs old and about 10in long. she didnt even realize i put these pelllets in

The nutrition isn’t bad and my turtles love them. I definitely recommend them, even just to try! They almost always are on sale for anywhere between $1.60-98 cents. Another thing about these pellets are the fact they are small. Similar brands make pellets way too big for 6in- smaller turtles so these are great for younger turtles.

The tank doesn't get too messy because the pellets are medium sized and are consumed in one mouthful. I would like to see this product in larger size options on Chewy.com for better value. This is the only pellet turtle food that I purchase these days.
