Delivered with broken clasp

This thing is super cute in person and my glider likes it. But it's severely overpriced to begin with at $25 and when it was delivered with one of the springs

This thing is super cute in person and my glider likes it. But it's severely overpriced to begin with at $25 and when it was delivered with one of the springs in the clasp not closing, ( I have to manually open and close it) That's unacceptable. This is my first chewy purchase and so far I haven't seen a way to contact anyone for a replacement.

Purchased pouch to keep an older rat comfortable during palliative care. Unfortunately this pouch was way too small for my boy, so I decided to use some fabric to enlarge it for him. Upon inspection of the decorative head I found the back if the plastic eyes are like screws and are very sharp. Please, please be aware that this could be a hazard for your fur babies.
