Does this move around and vacuum the floor or is it a dust pan vacuum

This is a motionless cleaner. You sweep the items in front of the cleaner and it will automatically vacuum them.

Can HEPA be cleaned or does it have to be replaced with a new one. If new one is needed do you sell them?

The HEPA exhaust filter can be cleaned. The cleaning steps are listed below. 1. The Exhaust Filter slides up and out of its housing on the side of the unit. 2. Gently pull the Filter out of the Filter Holder. 3. Tap Filter gently against trash container to free and eliminate excess dirt and debris. 4. To clean the Filter, wash in mild soap and water; rinse and dry thoroughly before assembly 5. Slide the Exhaust Filter back into the unit with the Filter facing outwards.

You told me I had to be invited to a rewards programs with Chewy and that is WRONG. I should have been told about it 2 years when I purchased items from you. Pretty lousy service.

Works Well!

Just received this to use for my cats litter and it’s basically plug and play. Works rather well but would have given 5 stars if you didn’t have to turn the broom

Just received this to use for my cats litter and it’s basically plug and play. Works rather well but would have given 5 stars if you didn’t have to turn the broom sideways to push the debris far enough back to be sucked up. Still pretty happy with it compared to using a dust pan constantly.
