too many loose fibers

Thick push fibers came loose and made my cat barf. Battery box installed backwards so it was impossible to access on/off switch and charging port.

Can’t Charge

Same complaint as other reviews - very cute, but it appears to be built backwards as there isn’t actually a way to charge it.

I found where to open the velcro.on the bottom. It's almost as if it was built backwards. I cant get to the area to charge it. Looks cute, very disappointed. Will

Total waste of money. Do not buy!

There’s no way to remove the battery from toy to charge it. I don’t own an xacto knife to make cuts so it will slide out. I’d love a refund.

This doesn't work. It says it has a battery that doesn't need charging but comes with a charger that doesn't fit in the slot. Chewy was great and sent us a replacement
