Great little carrying mat, serves its purpose. The fuzzy side is a bit sticky (every bit of grass and other bric-a-brac sticks to it!). But the size is great, and it is really easy to fit back into the pouch: I just fold it in half, roll it tight, and velcro it back into the bag. The carrying bag fits perfectly over my shoulders, so: very easy to carry on hikes. The item has a zipper design to attach to the bag, but it gets stuck (one less star) and I don't use it. No need to do so, like I said, fold it, roll it tight, and close the velcro of the bag to enclose it. Nico (our dog is 28 lb, and fist great on the mat. In the summer I've found she's not happy with the dark fuzzy side, so I just flip it around. I deal with all the stuff attaching itself to the fuzzy side later. blanket part washes in cold water (I remove any debris first, though). Overall, it's exactly what we needed for a great price!

It Is a decent outdoor dog ma. I love that it has an attached carrying pouch. Like others have mentioned, I thought the zipper was sewn inside out but it’s just the way that the mat attaches to the carrying case in order to fold into carry pouch. I’m happy with the purchase.

Lightweight and useful

I bought this for my puppy who doesn't enjoy laying on bare floors so he would have a comfortable place to rest during training class as well.l as work on the "place"

I bought this for my puppy who doesn't enjoy laying on bare floors so he would have a comfortable place to rest during training class as well.l as work on the "place" cue. It is very light weight and actually larger than I thought it would roll out to be. It's a little fussy to fold up and get the Velcro closure just right, but otherwise a really useful little mat.
