Directions say to dilute...........well, what's the ratio of shampoo to water??? There is NO indication given anywhere on bottle.

The recommended dilution ration is 8:1.

Is this safe to use on an puppy who is white and brown? Or will it bleach out her brown?

Crystal White is safe to use on a white and brown puppy. There is no bleach in the shampoo so it will not “bleach out” the brown. In fact, Crystal White shampoo will make any color coat look brighter and shinier – it will make your white “whiter” and your brown more glossy. As with any shampoo, take care to not get the product in the eyes.

I have used EZ Groom Crystal White on my show Havanese with great success for more than 20 years. I purchased a bottle of this shampoo for my granddaughter for her FFA show bunnies with hopes it will give her the same great results in removing urine stains too.
