Directions say to dilute...........well, what's the ratio of shampoo to water??? There is NO indication given anywhere on bottle.

The recommended dilution ration is 8:1.
Is this safe to use on an puppy who is white and brown? Or will it bleach out her brown?

Crystal White is safe to use on a white and brown puppy. There is no bleach in the shampoo so it will not “bleach out” the brown. In fact, Crystal White shampoo will make any color coat look brighter and shinier – it will make your white “whiter” and your brown more glossy. As with any shampoo, take care to not get the product in the eyes.

Helps Some

I've been using this product for a couple of months now to whiten my mini parti schnauzer's paws and whiskers after digging in the mud and eating. It seems to help some but does not get paws or whiskers really white. The directions on bottle (not on Chewy website) say for stubborn stains you need to microwave the shampoo, wrap the area in plastic wrap and use a blow dryer and to use full strength for tear stains with a toothbrush. Unfortunately, this is not going to happen with my puppy as he doesn't like the blow dryer and really don't see him allowing me to wrap his paws in plastic wrap without trying to chew it off or using a toothbrush by his eyes. I'll keep looking for another product.

White Feathers

We show English Setter males. On a typical walk they'll mark 30 spots! It's very difficult to get all the yellow out of their Pee Feathers. This product really does the jobs well!! Put a tablespoon or two undiluted into the microwave in a small shallow bowl and heat it up for 15 seconds. Test to make sure it is not too hot and then lather it into the yellow pee feathers full strength. Scrub the hair between your hands like when you are washing your hands. Rub briskly for a minute or two, then rinse! I have never seen their pee feathers so white!
