DurAnimals

DurAnimals is a registered trade name for Sweet Home Industries, LLC, a small, family-owned startup that was founded in Batavia, Illinois, in 2002. They are cat lovers who got tired of cleaning their litter pans with an inferior product, and it became a kind of obsession for them. They wanted a real tool for the job and so they designed it themselves. The result of that design effort–the DuraScoop Original–is patented in the U.S. and Europe. It’s made of hand-polished cast aluminum with a comfort grip, and will not bend or break, flick or rust. They now offer both metal and plastic scoops to suit different needs and price ranges.

At Sweet Home Industries, they believe that the way people treat animals is a reflection of their character. They believe that humans are enriched through contact and relationships with animals and nature. They believe in the ethical treatment of all animals, and that includes providing clean litter pans for their six cats!
