Great toy, great service!

So I recently moved, updated my payment address, but didn’t realize it didn’t update on Chewy’s backend. My package went to my old home that I can’t reach easily

So I recently moved, updated my payment address, but didn’t realize it didn’t update on Chewy’s backend. My package went to my old home that I can’t reach easily. I chatted with a chewy rep and they went above and beyond to make sure the packages got to my pup. He was so incredibly happy to get his new toys after all the readjusting he’s done with the move. Everyone I spoke to from Chewy was so incredibly nice and helpful. I am a forever customer now! And of course, my dog LOVES his lobster toy!
