The advantages of this thing are amazing as you start to use it in the field. I use it with my German Shepherd, so it’s a big dog leash. It is very sturdy, but it also has a soft feell to it for him on the leash. It’s not quite hard, but it’s not spongy either. It’s constructed in a way that I can drop it around my shoulders like a cross body bag and just walk with him next to me without worrying about it. The length and hand grip positions are easily adjustable to tighten up or loosen up or extend or bring him in closer. I bought three of these for my cars and my home because they are just really wonderful to use. I would not want to use the leash to tether him to something outside a building to run in, because they’re not really built for that or for clipping him to something. But I don’t do that anymore anyway because some parents aren’t teaching their kids to not approach big dogs where I live, so that era is over. Highly recommended.

spent so long trying to find another leash that works similarly to this one at a better price, but this really is one of a kind. the link at the neck makes it so easy to put on and take off. now we can just slip these on and go without worrying about a flat collar, but can always easily transition to a collar if need be, as we’ll go hands free.

I love products that are designed thoughtfully and this is one of those. It’s so versatile and looks to be very strong and well constructed for my 120lb German shepherd. I got this to go on runs with him, even wearing it bandolier style gives plenty of slack in the leash so he’s not getting yanked but not so long that he’s trailing or has time to stop and sniff. I love the detail of removing that nub on the clasp so it doesn’t accidentally get unlatched. So so well designed, I will be recommending this one to friends and family!

Chewed through rubber
I put this leash on my puppy and she grabbed the slack and started chewing. I stopped her pretty quickly but was able pierce through the rubber material to the core

This is far-and-away the best leash I’ve used. I love how versatile and aesthetically pleasing it is. A lot of hands-free leashes that I’ve used are really ugly and only have one way they can be worn, but the Magic Link has several options depending for both me and my dog depending on what we’re doing. I also like that the slip lead functions are designed in a way to prevent choking my dog. The product is easy to clean and very high quality - I don’t use any other leash and I highly recommend it.

In quiet areas, we are able to stroll peacefully and HANDS-FREE; and then in busier areas, I can grab the handle piece and hold her close in case her anxiety gets the best of her. The clip is extremely secure!! I love wearing this leash cross-body style, but my mom uses it as a wrist-loop. It's so versatile and easy to use. It's extremely strong and easy to clean as well. Worth every penny! I love this leash!
