My cats seem to like this food. It comes in a little plastic container with a foil lid that is sometimes difficult to remove. The food does not slide out like I thought it would, so I use a fork or a spoon to scoop it out and then I scramble up the pyramid shape. The texture is soft and my cats have no issues eating it. I rated this 4 stars because the lid can be hard to remove.

Our little "grandma" kitty, Danica, had lost weight due to manufacturing quality issues as well as annoying, off-putting unresponsiveness regarding Hill's prescription canned food. I got switched from one useless person to another several times. We finally gave up on Hill's and switched to the Fancy Feast Gems Mousse Chicken & a Halo of Savory Gravy Pate Wet Cat Food. Danica loves it so much that she practicaly INHALES it!!! Yes, it's more expensive than most cat foods, but it makes our little girl an enthusiastic eater, which is what counts since she is a small, elderly cat.

Willie and Fisher devour this pate quickly. It's also great for crushing medication and mixing with this food. Food is gone and the medication ingested!
