Feed an average size adult cat 1 can per 2 1/2 pounds of body weight daily. Refrigerate unused portion.
Kittens: Feed up to twice the adult amount.
Reproduction: Pregnant or nursing cats may require two to four times their normal feeding.
When introducing a pet to a new food, we recommend a gradual change over a 10 day period. Start by feeding 90% of their old food and 10% of Fancy Feast. Each day, increase their portion of Fancy Feast by 10%, while decreasing their old food until 100% of their meal consists of their new food.

My cats used to eat this fast and lick their bowls clean! One day I read some of the reviews and didn’t want to believe it. My newest shipment I was hoping would be no changes but Omg.. I walked back into kitchen after putting food down for them- something smelled rotten . They barely touched it at all! One was pawing the floor to cover it up like he does in the litter box!! Does anyone know the truth behind the major change in this otherwise tasty food for cats?? There has to be an answer. Where is it mfg? I Love Chewy- but this product shouldn’t be allowed to be sold until us kitty parents know what all is Really in this food… Yes- big long pieces of something dark, slightly smaller chunks.. and Gagging smell! Buyers Beware!!!
I agree with many of the reviews here - something has changed with Fancy Feast grilled cat food. When opened, they are all dark colored and look the same. I have to cut up the large chunks that are in the cans now, or my cats will either not eat it, or often vomit. I am very disappointed as others on here, regarding the changes on quality and texture of the grilled varieties. Not Chewys fault. After many years of purchasing Fancy Feast, I will now have to change Brands.
It was 'crunch time', as my best friend needed supplies. This time he needed some cat litter and wet food. It was Chewy to the rescue. It was 10:00 at night, and I was on my laptop computer, so I went over to Chewy. I found his preferred brands of litter and cat food. I placed the order and 2 days later it was all at my door. The litter was sold as a 2fer and the food was on sale. With limited mobility issues and free delivery, it worked out for everyone. Well, I have 1 happy cat. We thank you.
This was my first time feeding my cats wet food. They've had it before I adopted them but I've been feeding them dry food for the past couple of months. Every time they hear the can open, they run and are super excited to get some wet food! I alternate days that I feed them the wet food just so they don't get tired of dry food.
Not new actually as Fancy Feast has been around for a long time. A little feral stray has come to live with me and it is the one canned food I have found that he eats well. The variety pack is good. Keeps new tastes in his diet as he likes fish but refuses chicken. PS - Dogs like taste of it too and get a spoonful on their dry food once daily.
I had been giving this to my indoor cat on and off for 2 years. She kept on getting small rashes and sometimes little pimples on her ear. I was sure it was her dry food that I mix in because it seemed to start when I changed it. The vet finally brought to my attention that most of the "seafood" flavored wet cat food has all byproduct ingredients and is terrible for your cat. She said the fake fish ingredients cause health problems, specifically rashes. Most cats have an allergy to these particular byproduct ingredients. She recommended sticking to poultry, beef, and turkey. I just wanted to leave this review for anyone giving their cat any of these seafood flavored foods. Check the ingredients if you must give them these flavors. Ps: This has nothing to do with Chewy. Chewy is absolutely wonderful, and I will continue to order all my pet needs from them.
This is beautiful because she eats it right away. That makes me a happy camper. She is having a problem eating so this food just goes down being it’s wet and my guess is she likes the taste.
Fancy Feast Salmon Grilled received in my last variety pack order consists of big uncut pieces, some about 1.5 inches long. It seems to be inedible skin. My cats were eating this up to this order now they won’t touch it. I’m very disappointed
My two calico kitties BEG for this food. Trust me, we've tried all the brands and all the flavors... this box gets opened and its like they just KNOW! The meows are louder and the Purring is deeper..they will all but pull you to the kitchen for their snack! Way to delicious!
My cat needs all the fluids I can get into her, so I buy this and add a little water to it. She eats it, but not an entire serving/can. She gets diarrhea if I try to give her the rest of the can the next day (which I have covered and kept in the refrigerator) So this gets very expensive. I had to switch to this from the foil sealed Fancy Feast smaller servings because many of the foil packs were bulging and leaking fluid, so spoiled. I can't take a chance on wasting any more money on them. The cost of this is ridiculous.
