Pretty easy assembly and the package was not too heavy. Easy enough to clean the removable pads/cushions. Assembly is simple enough, just pay attention to where the holes are in the boards. The litter box compartment is a little small but if you only have one or two cats who poop a reasonable amount it should be fine. Posey loves it and perches on top all day long and loves the box when it’s chilly. For the top pad I’d recommend some extra cushion because there’s only a sheet separating the cat and the wood. I just put in an old hand towel and it’s fine.

Terrible quality
First of all, it took two hours to get together to just find out if the bottom door is broken and in order for me to return it, have to dismantle the entire thing
