Could not be more disappoint

Super excited about this hutch an understood it wasn't going to be perfect but what I got was so off base. There were absolutely problems with the structure I could live this.. screws not tightening a pieces not lining up but the 2 huge reasons I plan on returning this item. 1. The third tier is now a tiny box, making the front door useless and they give you 3 tiny screws to keep it in place. Pictures included shows tier not attached. Also check out that metal bar stability I guess. 2. No longer a front door, two tiny side doors. Needless to say I was making peace with the side doors but there is no way we can get a litter box into the bottom floor. Our bunny is 4 and litter trained and this is a deal breaker.

I like the material of the hutch but not the best design for my rabbits

I really like the material of this hutch as it is very easy to clean. However, the spaces, doors and ramps are not very rabbits and rabbits owner friendly. I have mini holland lops and they are not mini at all. They don't like using the small, unstable ramp to go up to the second floor. So they mostly hang out on the 1st floor only. The first floor hutch door is small so not very easy to access and clean inside unless you slide the whole floor out.

We received this product very quickly (much sooner than the expected date). However, as soon as it came out of the box we noticed that there were several small pieces of broken plastic from the hutch. Part of the broken plastic on the hutch cut my husbands hand while he was trying to put it together. It was disappointing to spend so much money to get a product that had already been broken in places. It was also time consuming to put together in general and at one point my husband had to snap a small piece of the plastic off to appropriately screw two pieces together. On the other hand, it is a good size and seems to be sturdy now that it is put together.

My 14 year old son spent all day assembling it for me. He said the instructions were impossible, but found a youTube video that worked great. The downstairs door could definitely be a little bigger. The water bottle did not work at all. The food bowl is pretty good. I just use bowls for water instead. I use a litter box with the tall detachable lip on the top floor. They use it 99% of the time. Every two days I have to sweep a few poops up on the top floor, and every two weeks I'll sweep the bottom floor. I'm terrified because one of them will try to jump out of the nesting box when I have the top open, so I just make sure to flip that ladder up and lock it closed when I open it. They are super happy in it and happily return to it on their own after an hour or two of freedom.
Difficult to put together
My husband spent an entire day putting this together, which I ended up helping him in the end. The instructions are not that great! The locks to close the doors

The locks to close the doors are cheaply made and fall off really easy. Other than that, once it's put together, it is huge! So far, our rabbit likes it! I think they should have designed it better on the bottom. It's hard to find a liter box that will fit down there and be able to put it inside down there. You can only put about a 2 inch deep liter box down there. I wish they had a larger door at the bottom to be able to open it to be able to easily put in and take out a liter box.
Huge cage!
This cage is so much larger than what I thought it'd be even though I measured the space out before hand. It's awesome. Good quality materials used in the construction
This cage is so much larger than what I thought it'd be even though I measured the space out before hand. It's awesome. Good quality materials used in the construction. I plan on using this hutch for guinea pigs, the feedback I have is this: the bottom level has one small door to access the interior. This can make it difficult to catch the pigs if they run to the other side of the level. This small opening also makes it difficult to put hideaway huts on the inside depending on their size. The other thing to be aware of - the ramps are both pretty steep. My pigs refuse to use them. I'll have to create my own in order for them to get from the loft and down to the bottom level. Overall, I love the size of this hutch. I know my pigs have plenty of room. I'd give it five stars except I have to modify it some (take out some of the wire cage) in order to have full access to the interior.
