Not adjustable
Awkward sizing does not adjust, but has adjustable tabs, does not fit and is very droopy on the neck.

adorable and well made but waaaaay too small
The harness is so cute and feels like great quality. But it is so much smaller than listed and you can only adjust it out about an inch. The “large breed dog” size

I had to use the inner harness rings to attach a leash so that my dog does not escape from the leash. The harness is still functional but has thin fabric material. This product needs updated and better measurement guides.
