I wanted to like it...
The auto brake would come on randomly and almost rip out of my hand... Sadly, I can't use it anymore

Looks great
The handle is heavy, but the real issue is the cord. It is constantly getting tangled and bunched. I hate it. Not worth the cost.

There is no auto breaking as advertised.
On our first walk, my dog ripped the leash out of my hand twice and I have a strong grip. It's doesn't brake or slow at all.

Ease of use.
I could stand in one place while my dog did her thing. With the fence down I have to use a leash right now. Big game changer.

Handle was designed for a Childs hand.
The leash was advertised for a large dog. Maybe 3 year olds are walking most of them with this leash because a mans hand will barely fit in the handle. Forget wearing

Husband says they don't retract properly. I have been unable to try them due to foot injury. I would like to try them myself to see it there is something he's not

This leash was the fourth retractable leash I’ve had to buy because my pittie broke the others within days of purchase. This one is the best and toughest I’ve bought
This leash was the fourth retractable leash I’ve had to buy because my pittie broke the others within days of purchase. This one is the best and toughest I’ve bought. We’ve been using it for over two weeks now . The ABS is excellent, works great!
