the reel doesn’t lock

In order to keep the length of the leash consistent your thumb has to hold down the button. This is a particular problem for me because of arthritis in my thumb

It broke already

I have not had this more than a week and it is broken, the leash has retracted into main part. Would like a refund of my money as this was expensive for a leash

Long enough

We also love the Wigzi gel leashes too, but 26 feet gives our boy more than enough rope. Should’ve ordered medium though, the clasp is a little too heavy.

Lock mechanism doesn't work properly

The retractable leash at first would not lock in place. Today it did lock but would not retract. I had the long leash that would not retract and had to loop it around

Even better than described

Very sturdy, and extra long; perfect for allowing dog out for a decent roam if you don’t want to do a full walk. I’m sure it would be good for a walk as well.
