After unpacking I was suprised to see the instructions printed in 16 different languages. The problem was they weren’t really instructions but a description of the buttons, not how to use them. Pretty simple though right? I tried to charge the device and there was no light indicator to show of it was or wasn’t charging, and it took a minute to figure the water ion injection port needed to be pulled out to add water. When i tried to turn the device on, nothing happened. Not sure of my device was defective or damaged during shipping but even with trying to charge and start again nothing. I am still giving the product a 3 stars as the brush itself was awesome for my long haired Ragdoll and the one click hair removal button did push all the hair out easily. I’m hoping my device was just damaged as I think the idea of the steam bush is pretty neat for regular brushing of fine fur.

Not worth it even when free

I got the ‘Pet Spray Hair Comb’ because I have 2 dogs and 3 cats, so hair floating around the house is a constant battle. The box came and I opened it to find that

I got the ‘Pet Spray Hair Comb’ because I have 2 dogs and 3 cats, so hair floating around the house is a constant battle. The box came and I opened it to find that the product is very cheaply made. The brush portion has such fine/flimsy tines that there is no way you could actually brush any animal without bending them all out of shape. The plastic feels very thin and is easily squeezed. I got out the booklet to read the instructions so I could get started on controlling the pet hair! However there are basically no instructions included. One of the attached pictures shows the only instructions included and they are basically useless. I plugged in the USB cord to charge and couldn’t get it to work. . . I can only assume that I received a faulty charging cord as I tried multiple boxes in the wall plug. After several tries I managed to get the plug thing open for where I assume the water is supposed to be put. When you press the button a light does come on however I never could get any water to spray from the device.

Keeps hair from flying away.... That's about it

I liked the idea of giving my dogs a brush and also brightening up their coat in between baths but unfortunately this brush doesn't do that. One thing this brush

I liked the idea of giving my dogs a brush and also brightening up their coat in between baths but unfortunately this brush doesn't do that. One thing this brush is nice for is it wets the hair so it doesn't fly all over the place while you're brushing! I liked that I didn't have to vacuum after I was done brushing. However the water mister is not steam, just a cold light spray. And the spray is inconsistent and will randomly drip all over. I guess it could help with static but once the dog is dry the static would probably come right back. Overall not a fan, the bristles on the brush are pretty short and don't get down to the undercoat of my Aussies.

I have two dogs one with short hair so hair doesn't really fit around brushing him. He was scared of the brush at first but then he finally let me brush him and he loves it. The second dog has longer hair and i always have to brush him outside bc the hair does every where. With this brush you add water to it and turn it on and stream comes out while you brush. Hair didn't fly anywhere it just went in the brush. It works the way it is described. It does lane your dog wet after brushing but other than that its easy to use and does as described! I recommend especially if you have a dog with long hair bc the hair doesn't go all over! This is a great product!
