First off, this is a large set. I was impressed with all the different pieces that came with it. That said, some of the extra pieces like the nail file did seem rather cheap. I do love that the clippers are rechargeable, however the paw trimmer is not, that needs AAA batteries but it does come with it. Our dog breeds only need paw trims so this works just fine. For us it took two people to operate, one to distract with treats and the other to use the trimmers.

I like this product for use on my older cat who gets lots of knots in his fur. It is quiet so it doesn't seem to bother him as much as the other clippers that I have. I also love the nail clippers--worked great on our puppy. She didn't even notice that I was clipping her nails. The cordless feature is great. I didn't like the plastic tray that it comes in. It would be useful to have something sturdier in order to store all the pieces. There were minimal instructions. I am not a professional groomer so more information perhaps with pictures would be useful.
