Very high quality

The quality of the salmon and chips in this product was outstanding and extraordinary. The best cat treats I’ve ever seen. Most cat treats seem to be basically kitty junk food. Seriously, I considered dipping into them for a snack. However, my cats wouldn’t go near it. So I passed the bag along to a friend with two cats, and they had to hide the bag because the cats went nuts for it. Obviously, they have much smarter cats with better taste than I have! I would highly recommend this because of the high quality: wild caught salmon, dried beautifully. And hope that your cats have better taste buds than mine.

I gave these treats our best shot with the cat crew zoo. I offered them at different times, including before our regular feeding times to see if it would make a difference. Three of my cats love crunchy treats, two of them do not have teeth, one is 20 yo. (This is beginning to sound like a Logic Puzzle…LOL). My other cat has never liked treats, and just wants her canned cat foot selection of the month…she is a diva. The ingredients for the salmon bites are impressive, just salmon and rosemary extract, which earned this review a second star. Only one of the cats liked these treats, which surprisingly was the 20-year-old with no teeth. That said, because the treat he was eating resembled a shard, he was unable to break down the piece, swallowed it whole, or at least tried to, and then choked, gagged and eventually spit it out. I never offered him the treat again. I should note that this cat swallows smaller hard treats whole with no problem. Two of the three remaining cats smelled the treat every time I offered it to them, but were uninterested and walked away. At first, I thought it was perhaps the rosemary extract, but I could smell absolutely no rosemary in the product, only salmon, so I don’t think that was the problem. The last of the four cats smelled the treat, tasted it, spit it out and never tried again. I think this treat is too thin and hard, and frankly a little unsafe for some cats.

The barn cats immediately came into the barn and devoured them. Our indoor cats did the same. They are fresh and smell great. These are the best Salmon bites we have ever found. They are extremely high quality and have so many health benefits for our cats. They definitely will be a staple for us. We are grateful Chewy carries them.

Strange at first but then inhaled
Both my cats were curious about the salmon bites. They played with them, sniffed and tasted…….then INHALED everything I put out for them. To only find the bag

One cat can open my cabinets and apparently knock it down and they tore it up. So needless to say I believe they really quite enjoyed them.
