Within 2 weeks sick again so ordered this and it worked. All fish cleared up and are healthy. I also got some for a friend who has same issues with his guppie tanks.

No there isn’t a degree for fish medicine. But I set up tanks from house size (100gal. Min.) to HUGE store. IDK what the problem is a couple rounds of Cipro. and problem WILL be solved!! I used 2 bottles on a HUGE warehouse distributor (to be unnamed) and BAM all the little bite size snacks my cat wants to “play with” were perfect!! I will stay unnamed as well.. happy fish tanking.

The small animal exception can be hard to work with when you have fish, because you have to get a sizeable volume of water to the correct strength of antibiotic dose, but these are made for the job, they're 500mg, so you don't need to spend an hour dissolving hamster doses, and they don't contain anything fish seem to react poorly to. That is not a given, being fish are more sensitive to plenty of things than even humans are.
