My dog had knee surgery and was continually favoring that leg long after its healing window. Using the FitPAWS pad encourages him to use all four legs equally and is showing improvement for him in performing basic activities as simple as pursuing a toy. He feels better, I feel better - win/win.

I love FitPaws products and have a many, many of them so thought the dog balance pad would be a nice addition. Although my dog's nails are well trimmed, the entire pad is riddled with divots from the nail imprints from just a few uses and it's much more flimsy than I thought it would be.

I bought this pad because it was recommended for the rehab exercises my dog, Riggs, needed for a muscle strain. My dog is a 55lb Belgian Tervuren who believes all

I bought this pad because it was recommended for the rehab exercises my dog, Riggs, needed for a muscle strain. My dog is a 55lb Belgian Tervuren who believes all tasks must be met with the utmost enthusiasm. One rep of his rear foot targeting on the pad left it with noticeable gouging and tearing. I can't imagine how well this will hold up with repeated use. Perhaps a more sedate dog, such as a senior pet, would not inflict such damage on a pad designed specifically for canine paws. Just as a sidenote, I do dremel his nails regularly so the edges are kept rounded and smooth. Despite my dissatisfaction with the product, I am, as always, pleased with Chewy's determination to make things right.
