Excellent Quality, Great Aesthetics, but didn't really work for us

The Fluff Trough is a great product! I have a shih tzu (just a fluffy pug) who is overweight and needs to slow his eating. We bought a slow feeder mat that works

The Fluff Trough is a great product! I have a shih tzu (just a fluffy pug) who is overweight and needs to slow his eating. We bought a slow feeder mat that works to slow his gobbling down but when I saw this, I thought it might be better for his digestion to not be all bent over while eating. It has the slow feeder mat in it, but somehow, the elevated bowl helps him slug his food down like tiny, fat wolf. He ate it fast than I've seen. I guess the elevated bowl just put dinner at the right height to hoover it in. I had to go back to the mat. Now we use the Fluff Trough for our big dog. Who prefers to eat only from Stainless bowls, so we had to purchase a replacement liner for the Fluff Trough. Trial and error. It didn't work for us... but the quality of the product is excellent. I would recommend trying it.

Perfect higher and slowed down eating

I have two frenchies. One of them would basically inhale their food. This has slowed her down to a normal speed while not making it super frustrating and hard

Small Kibble Only

This worked for our dogs puppy food. However after a week of using it and gradually switching to the adult kibble (which is bigger) she started scarfing and choking

Do not buy from this company! Recieved $264 of cheap damaged plastic trash! If you receive damaged items and they see the photos and verify damage as soon as opened..

If you receive damaged items and they see the photos and verify damage as soon as opened... even out it in an email they see they see damage and then file a claim with USPS - they still will do nothing! They do not reply to emails and will block you on social media if you reach out there or anywhere you leave them a bad review! Pitiful company and beyond garbage cheap product! Check all reviews on all sites because they delete poor reviews where they can!
