bad packing by chewy

These products are normally great. However, for some reason lately chewy is putting the heavier products(8lb bags of pellets) on top of these packages, causing the items to arrive crushed up. It has happened the last 3times with any smaller items I’ve ordered. Please do better packaging the boxes chewy. This used to never happen before.
