Stinky fish jello

It smells very fishy, it's cat food. Both cats, even the picky one, love this and one square divides in half perfectly for two meals. I use the tin to cut it, slide half onto another plate, and chop it into smaller squares. Consistency is Jell-O like paté with some fishy pieces. Jury is still out on if it's making any difference for my cats itchy skin and ears, but they both clean their plates

Stinks up the house!

Although the nutritional value of this food is why I purchased it, as soon as I opened the can, the smell was so strong that we had to put it in the basement, and we could still smell it! The cat loved it, but then SHE stunk and her poop stunk! We gave it two days and decided to give it all away.

Kitty not happy

My cat has allergies so I’m always trying to improve her wet foods, was hoping this would work but cat is not liking it. It comes out of package like a slimy jello square so I’ve been chopping up and adding water. After a while Kitty will eat but she’s not happy. It’s also hard to peel off foil top as bottom is thin and hard to hold so my hand gets into food that is smelly. I’m trying to get it to work but may just donate.

Food Fab but Packaging Nasty!

This is good stuff. If I wasn't vegan, I would probably smear it on some crackers and eat it along with my cats. It's an easy chew pate without an excessive amount if aspic, and they eat it right down and then lick their bowls for a while so I know they really enjoy it. I have some "paw-eaters" who usually flick their food, but they suck this good stuff off their paws - no flicking! Don't know about whether it helps with skin allergies because my one girl who has them is leucistic and tends to have crusty patchy skin no matter what she eats. My one complaint is the package is very hard to open - half the time the aluminum tab comes off in my hand, so I have to open these containers with kitchen shears. Small complaint, sure, but I worry some of the aluminum might get into their food.

Picky eater LOVES it!!

I’ve been trying to find a food for one of my very picky eaters. He turns up his nose at almost everything - he was only eating lil soups (which aren’t very nutritious as a main meal). He immediately started chowing down on this when I offered it! It does require a bit of mixing with a fork so you don’t serve a giant blob of food, but that’s no big deal. Definitely recommend it!

He likes it

This is a good food with good ingredients. My cat has allergies and itchy skin, this food is one of only a few that doesn't have any pea/bean ingredients that he is highly allergic to. His coat also seems softer and not as dry.

Good for skin issues

My cat has severe allergy skin issues and this food instantly made his fur and skin soft and shiny and he became 80% less itchy overnight!

Picky kitty turned up her nose.

My 9 y/o kitty is painfully picky and promptly turned away from this food. Would not even try it. The texture is unusual, kind of a gel texture which may have been her problem. I gave the rest of the carton to my daughter for her cats. Two of her three kitties loved it. (Disclaimer: Those two will eat just about anything.)

two cats refused to eat, one cat ate reluctantly

Two of my cats refused to eat this; the third cat reluctantly ate it but it gave her diarrhea.
