Misleading Images of Products and horrific customer service

We purchased a leash and matching collar from Found My Animal on Aug 1st. After finally arriving, we opened the package to find the items to be a significantly different

We purchased a leash and matching collar from Found My Animal on Aug 1st. After finally arriving, we opened the package to find the items to be a significantly different color than what appears on their website (Photos attached). After unsuccessfully searching far too long for any customer service number anywhere - we finally managed to get a response on their website chat feature. When we stated our dissatisfaction with the disparity between the color on the site (lavender / light purple) and the color received (a robust magenta pink) they initially said that we should expect variation since each piece is hand-made. That’s fine - if we had ordered some shade of pink and received some shade of pink. But if you order a purple item, or a red item, and you receive pink, you’re probably going to want the company to fix the issue - ideally in expedited fashion. After some back and forth they finally agreed to let us choose a different color in exchange for sending the magenta leash and collar back. Note to buyer - in order to rectify THEIR mistake - you will be responsible for the shipping and a restocking fee for the item you never ordered in the first place. Regardless, we sent the item back with tracking, only to be notified by FedEx that the item was undeliverable (using the very address label the company had shipped the leash to us with). When we messaged Found My Animal through the chat window (Aug 19th) as that was still the only method of communication they have available for customers, we received no response. After now having waited an additional week, during which they have made multiple Facebook posts and stories promoting their products, they can’t manage to find the time to resolve issues with existing customers. We wanted to help and support an independent company, also because usually such companies have a human touch and are extra sensitive to the satisfaction of their customers. And let’s face it - this is an expensive product - so one should expect at least a response. This company is the polar opposite - regret the purchase I’m now stuck with. Steer clear - there are far better independent businesses that actually care whether you’re happy with their product.

Not worth it

We loved this rope and it was holding up okay. We didn’t use it often but now that we have started using it consistently the clasp broke and there’s no way to fix

Frayed immediately

I’ve had this leash for almost a year now. I’ve kept using it because of the cost, but it began fraying almost immediately. It’s now loosened to the point where

It’s now loosened to the point where none of the available loops will keep it up; it’s either falling off of me or too tight. I had high hopes, but they really need to use rope with more structural support in this leash.

The colors of this rope leash are gorgeous, but sadly it only lasted four walks before the rope started to fray and one of the hooks went missing. Extremely disappointed

It is a beautiful and uncommon leash without being impractical and that is exactly what I wanted. I love the way it fits over the shoulder. After reading all the AKC and Humane Society information on leashes, I understood that extra long is a bad thing. This one is exactly as it should be while still being adjustable for my comfort and that of my new puppy. It is a bit bulky for a puppy but, I have a standard poodle so it will be perfect in a matter of months. We're still learning how to walk with a leash but we both love it. Bug likes the way it tastes mostly.
