How many times after your dog uses potty should you clean the mat?? Every time?

The frequency of cleaning the patch can vary. Some customer's report rinsing the patch daily while others do it weekly. The Wee-Wee Patch can be rinsed off when needed. The turf can also be cleaned with mild dish soap and warm water, then allowed to dry overnight.

It helps

As far as house training, it does help as we transfer to pottying outside. However, not crazy about the product as it doesn't seem to clean up easy and it's falling

Great for the inability to get outside

My dachshund uses this when she is unable to get outside as often as she needs too. I love that it is reminiscent to grass as then I don’t feel bad about her using

Not working

The tray: unstable, the dogs are afraid to go on it as it makes noise when they walk on it. The grass: very stiff. The dogs hate the feeling on their little paws

The epitome of service

I lost my dear Buttons after 14 years. I now have rescued Zippers my new BFF Karen at Chewy has been so helpful and I am in need of products again which is difficult

Description was incorrect

When I first ordered this item, it was described as a 3- pack, so I thought it would contain 1 tray and 3 replacement pads. I believe the price was still the same

When I first ordered this item, it was described as a 3- pack, so I thought it would contain 1 tray and 3 replacement pads. I believe the price was still the same as it is now. When I received the item, it only contained 1 tray and 1 pad, so I called Chewy and they sent another one to me, but I again received 1 tray and 1 pad, so I’m still short of what I originally thought I ordered. It’s still a good price for 1 pad and 1 tray, as I have now checked online for competitors’ prices, but it was just described wrong and now the description has been changed to match the actual quantity. The thing is that I thought this would be cost-effective to try and train my dogs to use, but now I’m unsure because the replacement pads are more expensive than I expected. I thought they were less expensive based on the original description and cost. (If that makes sense). My dogs ignore them anyways, so I think I may stop using this item.
