How often should I give this to my chickens? Should this be a part of their daily diet?

All of the Fresh Eggs Daily supplements are designed to be mixed right into the daily feed. Either mix up a whole bag of feed with the required amount of supplement, or mix up their daily ratio each morning. The amount to mix is listed on the side of the canister.
Can this product be mixed with feed for a flock with a rooster?

Probiotics are equally beneficial for hens and roosters, as well as baby chicks, ducklings, etc.
Can this product be mixed in water and how much per gallon?

Is this product “Probiotics” Suitable for Pigeons?
