furious!
usually never order this cat litter but it was shipped replacing my usual, the bags had holes on them and the litter was all over the box. i will like to know if i can get a replacement. im really disappointed.
Dusty!!!!!!
Although I usually stand by Fresh Step products, this one (w/ the gain scent) is extremely fine particles and creates soooo much dust! Has exacerbated my breathing issues. It's so bad that I have to blow my nose to clear it after every scoop. It smells great every time the cats use it and when I scoop it releases the gain scent but I won't be purchasing this product again.
Second time around
Had to call to complete online order because I could not find 6 pak of Cat Mate Fountain Filters. Happens every time. Takes thirty minutes to complete simple order of five items that I repeatedly order because I have search for every item.
Fresh Step
Firstly, I'd like to highlight the positive aspects of the product. The scent of the litter is quite pleasant and leaves a small, good fragrance in the area. Moreover, the clumping ability is commendable, making it easier to clean the litter box and maintain a cleaner environment for my cat. However, there are a couple of concerns that I would like to address. The litter tends to produce a significant amount of dust, which has been causing me to sneeze during the cleaning process. Furthermore, I have noticed that the litter often leaves residue on my cat's paws.
Litterally cheaper!
There’s a huge brand name pet store down the road from me that tried running an add stating that their litter was on sale. I checked my Chewy website and they too were having a sale. Guess who won. It’s great having it delivered to my front door but my mailman hates me now! By the way, I saved over $10 on my last litter order of two 42 lbs. packages! Discount Big Box stores don’t always save you money. In fairness, you still have to know your prices!
Best cat litter
This is the best cat litter I have tried them all and this is one keeps my house the most litter free and smell to a minimum with 4 cats of all ages this is one thing they can agree on!
DUSTY
This litter is AWFUL. I took a chance because it was cheaper than my normal arm and hammer litter, but I will never buy it again. It smells like chemicals, very strongly, is EXTREMELY dusty, and it gets stuck in my cats paws every time they go to the bathroom. I’ve had my cats 7 years so I’ve tried a lot of litters, if you’re looking for a good one, do arm and hammer clump & seal, not this garbage.

The litter is great. It does not smell. The 4 bags last a long time with my 2 cats. I would recommend buying this product. This was my first time using Chewy. They seem to be prompt on their services.

This is by far the best cat litter I have ever used! I am 60 years old and have pretty much always on one or two cats at some point during my life! I have tried every cat litter out there from clay to clumping. I have bought ones with added fragrance, made for more than one cat, ones that promised that they will not track it out of the litter box, but I have not found one that works as good as it says! Fresh step would get above a five star rating if it was offered! I ran out by accident and my sister went to the store and could not find it so she bought a different brand in a jug. The little pieces of clay that are supposed to be absorbent are much larger than this fresh step. When I scoop it up, it does clump, but not completely to everything! You have to keep shaking it, and shaking it back-and-forth to get all of the pieces that did not stick Out of the scooper, so you don’t spill it all as your transfer to a garbage bag. It makes cleaning a litter box so much of a chore!! I am disabled, and I cannot bend down with my knees as easy as I used to. This fresh step , I bought several years ago for the first time just to give it a try even though it looked a little pricey. Being on Social Security disability, you were on a very limited income. But my cats are my emotional support pets so I try to give them the best of everything that I can! I fell in love with that the first time I cleaned the litter box! Everything clumps completely, and there is no spillage through the slots of the scooper!! It lasts a long time because there is no waste of the litter that you lose when it falls between the slots of the scooper when you are Scooping up the clumps and putting them into the garbage bag. There is barely any tracking of litter at all! That you cannot avoid with any litter, because the way a cats paws are formed any type of sand or dirt it’s going to get pushed up into their front paws in between the pads because they are used to cover up their business. What a small rug or some thing that you can buy online will pretty much catch anything extra! There is never a smell as long as you keep it clean and do not let it build out! I was in the hospital this past March for two weeks and the person Who was my neighbor in my apartment building was caring for my animals and he only scoop the litter box once a week!! When I came home, the poor cat did not even want to go in her box! She was sitting there and looking at me and meowing because she did not want to go into a litter box was so completely full of lumps! I thought for sure dirt by the time I scooped it out, there would be no litter left! But not with Fresh Step!! When I was done scooping, there was still enough litter in the box that I did not have to add any extra!! This is another great reason why I use this brand only! You get four bags and a pack, that when you first see one you wonder how one bag is going to work for your cat or two cats. In order to believe it you have to try it!! I can vouch 100% that you will absolutely fall in love with this cat litter I never want to buy another one again! In fact, I have not yet been able to find a store that carries it! It can only be ordered here or possibly Amazon, but they are always more expensive. Thank you chewy for carrying this brand of cat litter. And thank you to the company that makes Fresh Step!! Both of you make my life so much easier!! The bags are nice and small and easy to carry instead of having to log a large bag or a jug especially when you are disabled. So, please don’t change just saying! He’s doing everything the way you were doing, because I will always love, trust, and recommend you both!! Neither of you have ever let me down!

Fresh step is the best cat liter out there! And I have tried alot! I take care of 10 cats so I need something good that doesn't track around the house
