I have been using Fresh Step Multi Cat for years and really enjoy the nice scent and low dust. Never issues with the cats using this litter in their box. The only criticism I have is the tracking of litter onto the floor when they exit the box. Both are short hair but the litter does seem to cling to the hair of their feet as they exit. Wish there was something Fresh Step could add to their formula to prevent so much litter from clinging to their paws! Still, a great product!

I have used this cat litter since theday I rescued mama there’s never older ever the cat litter last I got four cats so I use a lot of cat litter I have two cat litter boxes all times and different parts of the house and this cat litter is five star. I panic when I can’t seem to get it. I will get on Chewy other vendors you know, but as long as I have that cat litter, I have to have it.

This is a very nice way for litter to be delivered. It is a very heavy box when it arrives, but if you get it delivered near an entrance door to your home it is very helpful. I purchased it this way because of my physical limitations. It is much easier to open the box and get one smaller bag of litter out of the box and to the room for the cat than try to muscle the big bags half way through the house. Makes storage easy and ordering on a schedule is a great asset.

Two of the shipping boxes had wet cat food cases packed along with cat litter. There was only a single sheet of paper in the box which did nothing to prevent the 42# case of litter from destroying 2 cases of cat food in one box, and then the second box was packed the same way so that the litter destroyed a third case of cat food. All items are still usable, but this is poor packing at Chewy. The previous order was packaged in a neat, professional way, but this month it's unacceptable.

We typically use Premium fine pine shavings, however Grayson would rather do his business everywhere else in the house than in the litter box due to him disliking what we use, so we purchased this and problem solved. As a result Grayson got a few other cats to use his litter box too. This not only works well, the small individual packages are great as well. Monty and Tigger like using the Premium fine pine shavings. This cat litter is too expensive for our household, so we can only purchase it when it's on sale. If your cats like clumping cat litter and you haven't tried this kind, you must try it; it's good stuff especially for families like ours with multiple cats.

The litter is great, the delivery is a joke. I'm a 73 year old disabled woman and the person who delivered them left all 3 boxes (42 pounds each) down in the driveway,

The litter is great, the delivery is a joke. I'm a 73 year old disabled woman and the person who delivered them left all 3 boxes (42 pounds each) down in the driveway, in the RAIN. I want my FedEx driver back, he ALWAYS brought the deliveries up on to the porch. If this shoddy delivery continues, I'll be dropping Chewy.

This is the dustiest dust free litter ever. When I add litter to the litter box: dust cloud. When I scoop: dust cloud. When I blow my nose: looks like ashes. My cats cough and wheeze often and it’s because of this litter! There is a dust layer over everything in the laundry room where the litter boxes are. Unacceptable. Mixing with arm and hammer litter to try to offset dust storms. Would be better to use for oil spill clean up! Maybe I will donate to a mechanic.

It has never been chewy in itself that Im ever disappointed in. Its the fact that i order from you because of the food that I get for my dog and that it gets delivered

It has never been chewy in itself that Im ever disappointed in. Its the fact that i order from you because of the food that I get for my dog and that it gets delivered to my home. I can go up the street and get this dog food but more convenient to order and have at my garage door. IT NEVER IS!!!!!!!!! Ive called and I know you have called fed ex or whomever and stated this but it never gets delivered to the garage so then i have to get it in the front door then to the garage. Very inconvenient and to be honest with you would be easier if I got it somewhere else I could then just take it to the garage. Thats all rant over.

It really does create less dust than the previous premium litter I used for years. Plus it has a fresh scent and the convenience of the small bags is wonderful

I struggle to lift those BIG BOXES of litter. All three of my kitties adjusted to this litter very easily. Thank you Chewy for bringing it to my door.

Dusty. Not good if you have allergies

Good deal at a good price, but......I had a migraine for 7 days straight due to the effect on my allergies. Took awhile to realize it was the litter causing it

Good deal at a good price, but......I had a migraine for 7 days straight due to the effect on my allergies. Took awhile to realize it was the litter causing it. Too much dust and the smell permeated throughout my house on my clothes and even in my hair. My daughter uses it and it doesn't seem to bother her.
