Unreliable pharmacy

I sent in my dogs prescription for flea medication because it is their policy. I sent it 12/8/25. on 12/21/25 they still have not received it. They told me they

I sent in my dogs prescription for flea medication because it is their policy. I sent it 12/8/25. on 12/21/25 they still have not received it. They told me they would 'reach out' to my vet and get back with me. NOTHING....I had to contact them again and was asked how I sent the envelope...regular mail or priority mail. Seriously ???? Maybe I should have made several copies before mailing out the original prescriptions. So, I cancelled the medication all together because this isn't the first time this has happened. I am so disappointed in Chewy's pharmacy. I will still buy my dog food from them ...because they are efficient in every way and no disappointment there.

So very squeaky
