Generally impressed with this little tank. Well constructed, all glass, carefully packaged. I bought it as a temporary isolation/hospital tank, way too small for one Betta, let alone three. My only complaint is the solid glass lid does not allow you to add filtration or a heater. I added a small sponge filter but can't use the existing lid. It would make a wonderful terrarium, but really only works as a temporary home for fish.

Nice tank, not for betta fish

My tank arrived securely packaged and it is a good small, glass tank. However, these are NOT FOR BETTA FISH. Betta fish need to be housed, bare minimum, in a 5gal

My tank arrived securely packaged and it is a good small, glass tank. However, these are NOT FOR BETTA FISH. Betta fish need to be housed, bare minimum, in a 5gal. 10 gal is ideal. This tank is great if you want a small colony of volcano shrimp (Opae Ula, halocaridina), which is what mine will be used for. Please research beforehand before buying supplies for your next aquatic pet. Item descriptions can be deceiving.

Tank is fine, but 1st delivery was lost even though the notification kept telling me it was being delivered. Called, was told it was lost and another one would be sent. Delivery date came and went. Called Customer Service. Agent was not very helpful and seemed annoyed that I wanted to know if the tank was lost again. Made to feel like I was wasting her time

So Sad

This aquarium for 3 bettas is so wrong. They can see each other and have natural instinct to fight. They can't, obviously, but will become "stressed". Makes me sad

Remove the dividers, add heater and filter (I use a small air driven sponge filter with biobeads, which is not carried by Chewy) and you have a decent tank for a single Betta. Keep an eye on water parameters, test frequently, and do water changes as needed and it’s all good. Tank is well made and sturdy just not big enough for properly housing 3 bettas long term.

I bought two and love them! Though I would never recommend them for fish (even without the dividers- too small), I love it for my plan of divided colors of shrimp

Bad for fish

This tank is cruel for 3 bettas, split in 3 they don’t even have a gallon to themselves. I have this tank, it was gifted to me by someone who doesn’t know much about

This tank is cruel for 3 bettas, split in 3 they don’t even have a gallon to themselves. I have this tank, it was gifted to me by someone who doesn’t know much about fish. For plants, shrimp, or small snails like ramshorns this is cool, for multiple bettas? Boo. They can also see each other which is stressful for the fish. 3 stars for the simple fact that if used appropriately it is a cool little tank, but because it is a cruel setup for bettas and encourages bad husbandry practices I cannot give 5 stars.
