Cutest Cat tower!
By marie on Mar 9, 2021
I’ll start with the packaging, building it and final product. It was packaged very nicely and everything was easily identifiable. The pieces were labeled nicely and I had zero issue figuring out what goes where. I always like to put this type of stuff together and I have to say it was so nice to have the screws packaged so nicely. Usually they’re in bags, but this was refreshing (I know I’m old when the way the screws are packaged make me happy lol). Putting it together was so easy and took me about 30-40 minutes while watching TV and taking a bite of lunch. Screws went in easy and all the holes matched up. Zero issues. Final product: It’s so sleek and looks great. Goes well with my decor and I’ll start with the packaging, building it and final product. It’s very soft and there was also sticky pads on the bottom that keep them in place. I also like that there are a lot of poles that our kitty can scratch too. Overall, I love this tower and it’s a perfect size. Our cat was elsewhere when I took the photos, but she has so much room in the house and she’s a large cat. I’d definitely recommend this. … more

Beautiful but..
By Samm on Apr 10, 2021
This cat tree is beautiful and easy to put together. I put it together on my own in about 45 minutes. The but in the headline refers to the way the cat tree levels are situated which confuses my kitty on which way to go to get to the top. She uses the couch to get up there, but that means I can’t really put this anywhere else otherwise she won’t be able to get up there. Other than that this is gorgeous and kitty loves it.

good overall

I bought this to replace a cat tree I've had for about a decade. The old one was of the nicer/furniture look and I wanted something similar. It's been great not having those carpet nubs all over! They aren't using it a lot. No one is using the condo. They do scratch some, and one likes to sit and chew on the hanging rope. I think the fur pads feel great but my cats are less impressed, haha. At first they didn't even want to touch them. Wasn't horrible to put together--fairly typical for this kind of thing IMHO. I don't regret the purchase, it was a good price for the product, it's just my cats seemed to like their old one (which is now in "their" room instead of the living room, as it I bought this to replace a cat tree I've had for about a decade. Love it, except for one design flaw
By Mandoka on Mar 30, 2021
I am very happy so far with the look of this cat condo, and it feels surprisingly sturdy. I love that they included a wall anchor for extra reassurance. And the price was reasonable. My only complaint so far is what others have mentioned... since it was designed to be so sleek and narrow, the ledges don't facilitate jumping to the higher levels. One of my cats is quite daring, so I've seen her slip and fall at least once trying to get to the top level. My solution is to place something else (like a footstool) next to the cat condo to give them an extra angle to jump from. We'll see if that helps.

really good but ...
By nicole on Mar 9, 2021
I like it but compared to the vesper it isn’t the same. I wanted something to keep up with my modern furniture decor I am making for my cats. These type of furniture are so easy to clean. But, the top is way too small for my big cats and a good size for my nine month year old fosters. It took me a long time to put together I had to a video to help. I did get the vesper furniture on clearance it was literally only forty dollars :) I was not able anting to spend 180 nor would I on furniture. It looks good. But I can see the difference . Tonight is the first night and they have laid on it.

Poor Design, ready for the Trash
By IAMS on Mar 18, 2021
This tree is Useless! I was drawn to the clean look and ease of cleaning. However there is no room on any platform for a cat to jump up to the next level. They aren't staggered enough. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that problem from the picture. I tried swinging the top level at an angle. That is awkward, too. The upshot is that the only way for my very agile cat to get to top is to jump from the back of the couch. That wouldn't be so bad, except I don't want to keep the tree there permanently and my cat can't use any other part of the tree. There was no way to take it apart and send it back. The screws are so cheap that the heads on several of them were nearly destroyed putting them in. This tree is Useless! I was drawn to the clean look and ease of cleaning. Beautiful, but useless for cats who aren't extremely agile.
By catlover on Mar 8, 2021
I had been looking for a carpet-less tree for awhile now. Love the modern look of this one, so I decided to purchase it. It took some time to put together, but it was relatively easy. My cats were waiting anxiously for me to finish so they could use it! HOWEVER, my cats are unable to climb to the level above the condo. I have a 3-legged cat and an older cat. Never have I seen them struggle before to climb a cat tree. The platform above the condo extends too far out, so they cannot jump from the 1st raised platform to the next one. I have to lift them both to it, then they can jump to the top bed. I'm not around 24/7 to be able to do this for them constantly. I'll either have to go out and buy another small tree/ladder to put next to it so they can climb (which is unfortunate because I got this one to specifically fit into a small space..) or just have them continue to use the bottom half of the tree...not really worth even trying to disassemble to return. … more

Not for kittens
By Dande on Mar 6, 2021
With the company ( chewy ) I was very satisfied. My first order had missing pieces, i got the replacement in 2 days. My cat is a 16 weeks old Maine coon ( so larger than a domestic cat ) who cant jump on the second lever. and every time she tried she fell. This cat tree looks good, and very stable, but not practical. the material smooth and hard no place to grab, and pull for the cat. jumping to the third, top-level, not enough place from the second what slippery. now I placed the cat tree next to a couch, so she can get on the second level from the couch. I thinking about to rid of it from the house because the main reason was to get a cat tree for some climbing exercise. Again! I am With the company ( chewy ) I was very satisfied. Not ugly, easy build
By Alison on Jan 27, 2021
Been looking for a while for a cat tree that was not ugly and not ridiculously expensive. I ordered this Sunday 1/24 and it was delivered 1/26. Very well packaged, and I really appreciate how the tools were packaged and organized. It made building easier. The photo instructions were pretty clear...user error made me put in the "windows" backward once and the middle layer backwards once. But rechecked instructions there I see how I made the mistakes...disassembling to fix was very easy. I love that the fur and flat scratchy pieces are on velcro... when they look battered they should be easy to replace. (If chewy doesn't sell replacement parts, it will be easy to DIY). Looks great but......
By Catlover on Mar 14, 2021
Very nice looking, easy to assemble, great quality, but... Took my cat a long time to figure out how to get to top perch. Neither the first or second shelf extend far enough for the cat to get traction to jump. I put a heavy, terry dish drying mat on top so he can anchor his back feet on second shelf, dig his claws into the terry cloth and pull himself up. Major design flaw. Otherwise, it is the easiest cat tree I’ve ever had, to keep clean, and by far the best looking!
