Are spare parts available for the Frisco cat trees?

The faux fleece fabric is made of polyester and the inside of the vertical supports is cardboard tubes (5mm thickness). The scratching rope is sisal and the bases are made out of particle board.

Do you know the circumference/size of the hole between the bottom onto the next level? Our senior kitty is a very, very hefty boy, he’s not able to jump so if he can’t climb/fit through that hole with ease I’ll have to look elsewhere.

QUALITY PIECE

After rescuing a kitten that had been living behind our outdoor fireplace we promptly proceeded to begin buying her everything she needed, starting with a cat tower. The tower arrived in a perfect condition, in a beautiful creamy color and was way bigger than expected, but in the best way possible. Our new little baby loves scratching on it, taking naps in her cubby hole and playing with all the little dangle toys. We left the top most section off just because she is still so little but will gladly add it on when she’s a bit bigger. It’s also her impromptu escape route when her puppy brother gets too overzealous in his puppy play. Super sturdy, aesthetically pleasing, and loved by our fur baby excellent piece of furniture piece we 100% recommend to any and all cat owners!

Better than other trees but sisal posts wear out.

The combination of platforms, posts and the hole to crawl-through have provided hours of fun for kitty over the years. He is older now and doesn't climb to levels

The combination of platforms, posts and the hole to crawl-through have provided hours of fun for kitty over the years. He is older now and doesn't climb to levels 5, 6 or 7 any more, but still loves to scratch on the posts and sometimes insists on being fed on level 4 inside the little house. Only problem is when the sisal posts are torn apart (sisal comes unravelled and chewed on, tooth and claw marks puncture cardboard inside) and you replace them with off-brand posts, the attachment holes aren't the correct size. Tried fixing them with epoxy putty and toothpicks so we just have wobbly parts now.

I wanted a cat tree that was sturdy, tall and compact, and this cat tree fits all of my requirements! my cats love it! Only flaw was that the bolt for the dangling

I wanted a cat tree that was sturdy, tall and compact, and this cat tree fits all of my requirements! my cats love it! Only flaw was that the bolt for the dangling rope was stripped and wouldn’t screw on, but I don’t really mind it without it.

sturdy and easy to assemble

this was a replacement of the last frisco cat tree that was in our outdoor covered patio for 5 years. It's as sturdy as the old one. I wish they made replacement
