I was able to set this up in under an hour. Instructions are very easy to follow. The box sections are pre-assembled, a very pleasant surprise. My 4 cats, 6lbs, 9lbs, 12lbs, and 15lbs all use this at the same time comfortably.

Had so much potential

I love the shape and size of this. My cats do as well. Assembly was easy. My one complaint, and it's a big one, is that after only a few days there were already

I love the shape and size of this. My cats do as well. Assembly was easy. My one complaint, and it's a big one, is that after only a few days there were already several holes in the fabric/carpet material. The fibers practically fall out. I've considered returning it but it would be such a hassle to take it apart. I don't imagine it will last very long at all. I give it less than a year before the fabric just falls off of some sections. It honestly would have been great if they had glued the fabric down or if it had a stiff glue backing like actual carpet does. I have to give quality of the product a 0/10 stars. Overall just poorly constructed.

Two of us put it together in 45 minutes, but one person can handle it. Everything is drilled out and fits together easily.

Regret

This tree has a terrible odor. I stuck it outside before I put it together and drug it back outside after it was put together. Also, one of my cats isn’t comfortable

This tree has a terrible odor. I stuck it outside before I put it together and drug it back outside after it was put together. Also, one of my cats isn’t comfortable coming down from the top. The available space for them to land on at an almost straight down angle isn’t enough for my large kitty to navigate. Stuck it beside a bed to create some sense of safety. Neither cat has taken to the tree yet.

Sturdy but narrow

This tower was relatively easy to assemble and we're happy with the height, but it is relatively narrow so our 6 month kitten has a tougher time climbing up it safely

This tower was relatively easy to assemble and we're happy with the height, but it is relatively narrow so our 6 month kitten has a tougher time climbing up it safely. Combined with the faux fur which is quite slippery/not easy to claw, she has fallen backwards quite a few times when trying to climb it. If it was covered in carpet or the platforms had more room for jumping, I think it'd be much better. We'll likely keep it as she still sleeps in the cubby often.

I was able to assemble the entire tree in 30 mins on my own. It feels sturdy but if you have heavy or clumsy cats I would definitely use the drywall strap that’s included. Overall I’m very happy I went with this tree. It’s huge and definitely is the highest point in my house, which the cats love.
